Objective

I've been working with Rocio Cervantes for the last 2 years in a complex case of divorce involving immigration matters with other attorney. REVIEW

We hired Rocio last in July of 2020, when MY daughter was being abused by her Mom. We had a quick consultation she advised me that we could file an get my daughter to stay with me while the courts investigated the case. Everything she told me she was going to do, she made it happen. We are beyond happy are case went to final trial and we won. She was relentless in the court room, it wasn't an easy fight to say the least we had tough moments, she didn't sugar coat anything with me kept me on my toes. But the Victory was ours. My daughter is in such a better place now , an she thriving. She now wants to be an attorney an we will support her all the way. Rocio is a Top Tier Attorney in the Dallas metroplex. You be a fool not to hire her.

EXCELLENT

Rocio was the perfect fit to handle our family matter with a very challenging opposing party. She is professional, extremely attentive to detail and always took the time to explain everything. She kept me informed at all times and worked with me despite having a very busy work schedule. She was always able to conference with me over the phone. My wife has known her since Middle School and we were confident she was the perfect fit to handle our challenging situation from our first consultation. She was proactive and tenacious in the court room and was able to deliver a satisfactory outcome to my legal matter, though my case is still an ongoing and pending matter she was able to give my family and I a great start. Made divorce a smooth process

Rocio was very professional that get things done on timely fashion. Their rate was the best out of the lawyers I searched for and happen to be near me. She explained everything very detailed and gave me a definite timely when everything will be done. Now my divorce is completed. I will recommend her to friends and family.

Went to see MS Cervantes for my divorce. the professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding, the procedure was explained in detail and the staff was more then hapy to assit with any questions that arose. also the price was reasonable compared to other lawyers I consulted with.

Custody and Child support!!

My ex was running from child for so long... He went several years without helping with our child. After 3 years he finally showed up to court with an lawyer wanting full custody. Before I hired Rocio I was searching many experienced lawyers. The first time I sat down and spoke with her I knew she was the ONE. JUST AS I THOUGHT SHE GAVE ME JUSTICE. Not only did u win the custody battle as primary but she demanded retroactive child support. Thank you so much for being patient with my case as well as my emotional rollercoaster. Easiest legal experience of my life.

The only painless part of a painful period in my life

I retained Rocio Cervantes to help me file and finalize my divorce in August, 2016. She could not have been more professional or understanding, and made the process of obtaining a divorce decree as pain-free as possible. I really cannot stress how grateful I am to her. I was incredibly stressed at the time, both overworked and emotionally exhausted. Rocio took a huge burden off my shoulders, helped me navigate the legal system, and took care of some things that, frankly, I likely would not have been capable of handling myself, given the state I was in. God forbid you find yourself in the unenviable position of having to file for a divorce, but if you do, you really can't hope to have a better attorney and person in your corner. Highly, highly recommended!

Easy process

Rocio was very proficient and professional. The whole process was fast and easy compared to horror stories I heard before. If I had questions I would email her, and within a few minutes she would respond. I am thankful for a smooth divorce and thanks to her I am able to close this chapter and begin the new one.

Rocio was great! She is very good about keeping you up to speed with your case and she will fight to get you the best deal and will also go to trial for you if she has to. She did great with my case and made things run smoothly the whole way through.

The Honest Choice Return Money 4 With

I would let the Sign Final Judgement speak for itself. However, there " isn't one"! Unfortunately I had to terminate Rocio Cervantes, and hire an attorney to sort out the case moving forward. Ms. Cervantes, was not a voice for her client. Ms. Cervantes did not seek relief, compensation, no default for the opposing parties disrespectful no shows on court order trial dates. Ms. Cervantes I pray will do the right thing moving forward return my money for services not rendered. With check printed right side up this time. Not upside down please.

Late to the Circus

I hired Ms.Cervantes based on all the reviews. Huge let down she only showed up to the hearing after I text her. No correct documents were filed. It was a mess.
