Chrysandra Bowen is the absolute best attorney! She's extremely professional, an expert in her field, and took my child custody case and made it very personal. Ms. Bowen is easy to speak to and actually listens to what you are saying. I felt like she really fought for me and did an amazing job. I fel...t like she handled all of the aspects of my case as well as could be done. She was always prompt and courteous as well. If you need a family law attorney, she is definitely the one to call.

I never write a review but after reading "David's" review I decided there is a first time for everything. Chrysandra Bowen would never string someone out for 5 months, in fact; I have gotten all my calls returned within 24 hours and most same day. My case has been handled with total professionalism... from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased. I did do my research and Ms. Bowen is excellent in her field, respected by her peers and has great repore with the Denton County Judges. I wish they allowed people to contact us for real referrals instead of internet trolls like David tarnishing a great attorney and their reputation. Shame on "David" for your personal and unjustified vindetta. Anyone whose dealt with this office and Chrysandra has received amazing legal assistance in and out of the courtroom. His review is an absolute fabrication. Wouldn't surprise me if it was written by her competitors or someone she's let go because of non-payment of services to her firm.

Although Chrysandra did help get me Temporary Orders for my child at an early age, poor communication was detrimental to my confidence in our business relationship. Given the hectic schedule of most lawyers, I gave the benefit of the doubt for about 5 months before I realized the money spent jus...t didn't match my satisfaction. My questions and concerns were poorly answered and I felt left out of my own case and a bothersome as I began to constantly have trouble getting a call back. My deciding factor to writing this review came from the incompetence from the front desk during time of termination of services today. I had to make a return trip to the office within 15 minutes, taking even more time out of my day in order to properly sign my motion to withdraw from this attorney because of lack of communication from front the desk. I would recommend attending several consultations and choosing your attorney wisely to avoid losing valuable time and money during.
