Called his office in regards to being represented. Spoke to a gentleman who took information and said he would review with the attorney and contact me back. After days passed I called and left messages and they never had the courtesy to call me back. I attempted numerous times and left messages with ...no luck. If they are unable or unwilling to take a case it is good customer service to inform the individual.

Mr. Bassel handled a car accident case for me 2 years ago with great success.
