I would highly recommend Ms. Lynch. I have worked with Ms. Shannon Lynch on custody, adoption and name change cases. She is very knowledgeable, very professional and very compassionate. Ms. Lynch is a great listener and allows time for proper briefing from the client during which she notes all the ...facts. Going back to her to continue the case after almost a year, she was able to pull out and recall all the facts that we discussed. Ms. Lynch helped our family finish so many steps that we thought were merely impossible or would take years to finish. However, Shannon also recognizes that both parties must be willing to collaborate in order for the collaborative process to work and to minimize conflict and expense during the divorce proceedings.
