A quick job well done

Shannon did a great job as a mediator in our divorce. I really appreiated that she was honest and helpful to resolve issues without taking sides. We completed the process in the 60 days and got to move on quickly. She was very kind, professional, had a positive attitude and was always prepared. She ...walked me through the process and made it easier to deal with a hard situation. I would highly recommend her services of mediation.

Divorce attorney who truly cares about finding a mutually acceptable solution as efficiently as possible.

Shannon was referred to me by a business attorney I work with. He has referred several other clients to her. My line of work leads me to work with a number of law firms. Shannon's reputation among those attorneys who know her or know of her is fantastic. Shannon truly believes a collaborative app...roach to divorce is the best solution for both parties. However, Shannon also recognizes that both parties must be willing to collaborate in order for the collaborative process to work and to minimize conflict and expense during the divorce proceedings. Shannon's knowledge of the law is excellent (probably a reason she is also used by other attorneys as a mediator). She was very helpful in applying to law to my case and helping to guide me to take positions that were fair for both parties. However, when my spouse was unwilling to compromise or take a reasonable position in certain matters, Shannon was excellent at counseling me to stand firm for a fair and equitable solution and explaining future issues that might arise if I accepted anything less. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone, especially those looking for a fair and equitable solution for both parties.

An exceptional family law attorney

Shannon is an experienced and insightful collaborative lawyer and mediator who is not only an effective and engaged advocate for her client's interests but organizes and presents proposed settlements in a way that makes the basis for them clear, which facilitates communication and negotiation. With ...me she presented options in an objective and thoughtful manner. I had an exceptionally difficult case (although perhaps most people would describe their divorce that way) and was glad to have Shannon taking the initiative to try to move things forward. She was an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and also attended carefully to the myriad details. Since then, on her own initiative she has checked in to see how things are going, which I really appreciate. Shannon was originally recommended to me by another attorney, and now I understand why he recommended her so highly.

Single Mother

I would highly recommend Shannon for anyone going through a divorce. Shannon's expert dealings with family mediation helped me get through this process quickly and without running up a huge bill. I would strongly recommend her services and her firm. The best in Dallas by far. I wanted someone that di...d not treat me like another case, I was looking for someone that could understand the position I was in and treated me like a friend. I met with several attorneys in the Dallas area, Shannon was rated one of the TOP 10 Power attorneys in Dallas by D Magazine and dealt specifically in family mediation. It was a perfect fit.

A welcome closure.

I was in a long drawn out custody divorce and my lawyer was happy to run up my bill with the opposing lawyer. I fired that attorney after 1 1/2 years and hired Shannon Lynch. Shannon Lynch successfully brought my custody case to a very satisfactory closure within 90 days. Shannon has represented m...e in two subsequent mediation settings and delivered favorable outcomes each time. I would never consider any lawyer other than Shannon if I needed support in the area of Family law. I would highly recomment Shannon Lynch to anyone looking for an experienced lawyer who actually cares about their client's outcome.
