Nancy Elizabeth Ohan

Back in 2007 I got a dwi I hired miss nancy and I know I did the right thing . She took care of everything . Even when the prosecutor wanted to send me to jail for 180 days for not complying w the staff that I had to do I talked to her and she stood up for me and told that lady no you re not going t...o send him to jail the judge was on vacation .so we had to see a different judge.and at the end I waked free man out of the court that day .I had comply w everything but the da didn't have all my papers but nancy had copies of everything . She was in charge .I would hire nancy in a hart beet if I ever need her. Thank you nancy.

I found myself behind on the wrong side of the law on not one but four criminal charges and I had no idea where to turn. I was charged with 2 felonies and 2 misdemeanor charges, and thank god I found Nancy. My situation was very unique to me considering I had criminal charges and CPS had taken my kid...s at the same time. After getting into some trouble for a felony and misdemeanor possession charge I was overwhelmed with all the attorney's to choose from. Going through the dozens of letters I received daily, I was lucky to open the one from Nancy. With her experience of working in for the Dallas County DA, I knew I ...needed to speak with her. I called and was able to setup a consult the next day. After explaining my situation it seemed the case would be a simple violation of consent to search, although Nancy did explain all the possible outcomes. I felt very confident in her plan and retained her services. However, the case became not so simple, as the police body cam footage submitted during discovery was not from the original officer, and did not show the violation. For almost a year Nancy worked to push for further video, but due typical bureaucracy- the footage was never going to be found. At this point I was convinced I would at best now have a record, be on probation, and live with the stigma the rest of my life. Not the case, Nancy was able to get the DA to drop the charges completely based on our her representation alone. I never stepped foot into a courtroom. I found her fee to be extremely competitive and she also never charged anymore, and offered a payment plan. She kept me informed ever step of the way, and answered any questions I had until I completely understood. Lastly Nancy is just a great person that I felt truly cared about me beyond my legal issues. I hope someday to see her behind the bench instead of in-front.

Ms Ohan did a great, professional job with not only getting relevant information for the case but, also offering sound advice on how to deal with the fallout of the proceedings. With her assistance I was able to get through a difficult situation. She was also very direct and unyielding in advising ...me when I contemplated certain courses of action when they would not have been in my best interests. When I hired her I and she asked why I had chosen to take a meeting with her, I told her that it wasn't because of the good reviews but, instead because of a poor review and how she responded. She stood firm when someone wasn't reasonable and that is just what I was looking for. Hopefully I'll never have to use her services again though I would hire her again in a moment.

I don't known where to start. I just feel so grateful and blessed because I chose the right lawyer for my case. when I first met ms.ohan I was an absolute mess, an emotional one that is. I had gotten in trouble and sent to jail that almost led to a family violence misdemeanor.
