Nancy Elizabeth Ohan

My adult son and I had a misunderstanding and before I knew it I was being carted off to jail with a charge of domestic violence. Days after I got home from jail I received Ms. Ohan's pre-written letter in the mail, among many other lawyers, offering to help me. After waiting a couple of weeks I fi...nally picked her letter out of all of the others and I called her. Ms. Ohan attended all of my court dates and I never even went to one of them. Then I get a call from her assistant Beatrice saying the case was dismissed! I highly recommend Ms. Ohan for your legal problems. This was the very first time I was ever in jail and the very first time I needed the help of a lawyer! I often called her assistant Beatrice whenever I was having a panic attack regarding my case and Beatrice always answered my questions with courtesy and patience! Ms. Ohan kept her word on every single part of her pre-written letter! Never once did she ever change from the promises given on that letter! I always hated the junk mail lawyers send out when someone is in trouble, but for once getting her pre-written letter after my first time jail stay was truly a Godsend!

The only reason I hired Nancy Ohan was because I never had to hire a lawyer before. I hired her from a cheap mail out. I chose to fight my case because I truly was innocent. When we finally went to court she had no idea who I was. She even LOST my video for court. Innocent people get punished wh...en they hire Nancy Ohan. Nancy Ohan only cares about your money. Her reputation in and around the court house should tell you more. Nancy Ohan loses and doesn't care.

For a week after bonding out of jail for a criminal offense (Class B misdemeanor), I received 40 letters from attorneys who wanted to represent me in my case. I researched each of them and Nancy Ohan ended up being the attorney I hired. And, I am incredibly thankful I hired her and not one of the o...thers. Not only was her fee reasonable, she was able to get a disposition in my case that was beyond my expectations. We could have taken a chance with a jury trial and prevailed; however, having served on juries in the past and having dealt with the types of people that end up on juries, I decided to plead to a lesser offense even though I was innocent. I am totally confident in her ability as an attorney, but far less confident in the justice system. And, the Class C misdemeanor could be expunged in a certain amount of time. Ms. Ohan is not only a very good attorney, but she is one class act as a person. I have dealt with several other attorneys in the past for criminal, civil and estate issues, and she definitely is far and above the very best. Note: I do not understand the 2 or 3 negative reviews of Ms. Ohan by some here who claim to have been her client.

Nancy Ohan by far is the BEST lawyer out there. When I first received her letter in the mail, her letter alone made me hire her. Nancy will never leave you in the dark, she always be there to explain everything in detail to you. This woman is a go getter and she makes sure that her time is basical...ly dedicated to your case because she always goes up and over in her job. I have dealt with lawyers before but if I knew about Nancy Ohan back then, trust me, I would've hired her a long time ago. If anybody is in serious need of a Great lawyer, not just a lawyer but a GREAT Lawyer. Trust me, Nancy Elizabeth Ohan is for you! She got my case dismissed, not to mention since it was a wrongful charge, she made sure that I was not guilty. When you meet this Attorney in her office she is very dear and warming but when you see her in court forget about it, she is a hard core attorney that gets down to business!

Mrs. Ohan proved to be a great lawyer and an oustanding person when I needed her the most. I searched for several days for a lawyer to help me with an assault case. I had already called several lawyer when I received a letter in the mail from Mrs. Ohan's office offering her service and assistance wit...h my case. When I called her she was available for me instantly. Most of the places I called had me leave my number so they could call me back which usually took until the next day for me to actually talk to a lawyer. Not Mrs Ohan, she was available for me as soon as I called! She talked with me for about thirty minutes and suggested a next step for me whether I hired her or not. After talking to her about the case she then told me what she would charge which was cheaper than all of the lawyers I had already spoke with. Not only did she keep her word, she allowed me to pay her in payments with no interest. When I went to her office to meet with her she was absolutely wonderful. Very personable which made it so much comforting to me since I have always been nervous when dealing with courts and the law.. Oh but dont get me wrong, I can tell that her real office is at court. When we met at court for my case she was a totally different person. I could see that she meant business and she was going straight to work. She got my case dismissed and congratulated me when it was all over with. Thank you Mrs Ohan for a great job well done!! I would definatley recommened you to anyone looking for a great lawyer!!
