Tina Hall Montoya opened her Terrell, Texas office in January 2005 and opened her second location in Rockwall, Texas in 2011. Ms. Montoya has a general civil litigation practice and has worked on cases involving: Divorce, Child Support, Custody, Name Change, Adoption, Guardianship, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury and Family Law Appeals. Ms. Montoya also helps clients with drafting Wills and other estate documents. Ms. Montoya worked as a Legal Assistant for two years in a medium size law firm in Downtown Dallas before attending Creighton University School of Law. Ms. Montoya serves clients in the following areas: Dallas, Rockwall, Hunt, Rains, Van Zandt, and Kaufman counties. Ms. Montoya has also represented clients outside of the Dallas Forth Worth metroplex for special situations. Ms. Montoya's legal research and writing skills are superior to most litigation lawyers because of her appellate law experience.
