Tina Marie Hall Montoya

Tina Montoya is a very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and a caring lawyer. She took my case and started working on it immediately. She listened to my wishes and advised me on every detail of my case for my divorce, custody, and child support. She fought for me and my daughter when it came to ...my divorce due to domestic violence. She was willing to negotiate to save me money, rather than going to court for every issue. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to in the future.

Tina Hall Montoya is my divorce attorney. I had researched attorney's for 6 months prior to selecting Mrs. Montoya! Some attorney's had free consultations, some consults I had to pay a fee. I found Mrs. Tina on my Google search. I read all about her beliefs, her education, knowledge, as well as, ...her years of experience. Mrs. Tina Hall Montoya never let me down. Tina Montoya went to bat for me every time. This review only allows 5 stars, however, I believe she deserves 10 stars. I have sent many of my friends to Mrs. Tina for representation, and I will continue to do just that. Tina Hall Montoya is worth every penny!! I don't say that about just anyone!!

My husband and I are going through a custody battle for my step-children. Our original attorney was not informative about anything going on, nor did we ever get any positive results. We ended up letting that attorney go, and were referred to Tina by R.B. Pool (another excellent attorney). I cannot ex...plain to you the relief we felt the first day we had a consultation with Tina. After just sitting down and talking to her, we could tell that she knew EXACTLY what she was doing, and she explained everything in terms we could understand. When there was evidence of mental and physical abuse, Tina IMMEDIATELY filed an emergency order. Her and her assistant stayed at the office until 8pm working on this the night before court. Although the judge denied "primary custody," Tina managed to get us extended possession which ultimately (in our particular case) gives us the same if not more time than primary would have. I don't even think the other side realized just how big we won until after the fact. It is not just her skill in her profession that makes her amazing, it is the kind of person she is. She is beyond compassionate, she is invested; and her tactful demeanor sets her apart from any other attorney I have ever seen. We are so thankful for Tina and all she has done for our family. She is truly a blessing!
