"Tina was rather busy at the time I contacted her for a consultation. She politely referred me to another lawyer, but I literally begged her to meet with me. I explained that I'd already decided that she was the only person I wanted to represent me in my divorce, which was 5 years overdue at the time.... I had poured over all of her reviews, and my gut told me that she just wasn't the stereotypical lawyer we always hear about. Something was different about Tina. When I met with her and discussed the details of my case, she was very quick to inform me of my rights regarding inheritance and separate property, half of which my ex-husband thought he was entitled. Retainer paid on the spot, and so the process began. It took over a year from start to finish due not only to normal processing time, but that the house had to be sold after needing major repairs, and the other party wasn't exactly willing to cooperate, making things difficult at every turn. Throughout it all, Tina's communication with me was always prompt, informative, reasonable, reassuring, empathetic and honest. All around a pleasure to work with, being my first time hiring an attorney. If you're the opposing party and not represented by Tina, DO NOT skip "lawyering up" (free legal advice hotlines don't count!) because this lady absolutely knows the law and is a beast at trial! Truly something to behold. In the end, Tina helped me get what I wanted, which was a long-overdue divorce, and what I was entitled to by law, which was reimbursement for my separate property monies and half the remaining proceeds of the house sale. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, and feel like I've made a friend for life."

Tina Hall Montoya is my divorce attorney. I had researched attorney's for 6 months prior to selecting Mrs. Montoya! Some attorney's had free consultations, some consults I had to pay a fee. I found Mrs. Tina on my Google search. I read all about her beliefs, her education, knowledge, as well as, ...her years of experience. Mrs. Tina Hall Montoya never let me down. Tina Montoya went to bat for me every time. This review only allows 5 stars, however, I believe she deserves 10 stars. I have sent many of my friends to Mrs. Tina for representation, and I will continue to do just that. Tina Hall Montoya is worth every penny!! I don't say that about just anyone!!

Tina is the best representation of an attorney! I was pulled into court for custody, and I had no intentions of putting up a fight. She sympathized with my plight, and had compassion for my son. She stood up for my son and I, and took my son's father and attorney to the plate. All I could do was smil...e, because she satisfied EVERY want and need for my son. My son's father and his attorney were not prepared for the knowledge and discipline that Tina had instore for them in court. I "will" recommend her to everyone that has any child support or custody issues.

Getting divorced was a painful process, but Ms. Hall made it as bearable as possible. Her foresight was always spot on, so I felt fully prepared and informed.
