"Our Family Helping Your Family."
I joined Richard P. Johnson, P.C. in 2005. What makes our firm unique is the fact that we are a father-daughter legal team.
While my father, Richard P. Johnson is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning & Probate Law, I focus my practice in the area of Elder Law, helping stressed out families protect their assets from the devastating costs of long-term care. I am VA accredited and help Veterans get qualifed for Aid and Attendance benefits to help pay for their long-term needs. But I also handle probate matters, trust administration and guardianships. I have received state certification in mediation and alternate dispute resolution and I serve regularly as an Attorney/Guardian ad Litem for Collin County. In my spare time, I enjoy music, camping, hiking, water skiing, and interior decorating.
