Our team closes commercial and residential real estate transactions throughout Texas and across the country.
As an attorney, I have advised clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, title, options for distressed properties, property tax liens, landlord-tenant disputes, contractor/subcontractor issues and mechanic and materialman’s liens. I represented lenders and servicers in state and federal court in cases alleging fraud, predatory lending, unfair trade practices, RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and other servicing errors. With three years experience working in-house at a large national bank, I have been on every side of a real estate transaction from inside the ropes.
