Great office and services.

My family and I got into an accident and didn't know who to turn to. I was losing hope, stressed out and luckily my husband stumbled across Buress Law Firm online and was amazed of all the review from successful cases. After quick back and forth over the phone, we met with Brian and Noemi for consultation at the office. Brian and Noemi were very professional; the explanation to pursue this case was thorough. SEPTEMBER 2020 CAR ACCIDENT

My lawyer was able to get me a substantial settlement in my case. A car pulled out in front of me causing me to t bone her and the impact pushed my car into a nearby tree. The accident caused injury to my dominant hand, my back, and my head. I missed several weeks of work and had to undergo surgery and physical therapy. Aside from the settlement, Brian, Samantha and Jason were able to get my medical bills reduced and settle my case right before Christmas.

Pain management strong Attorney

From the first consult Jason and his team layed out how the case will work. They showed the pain management side to get my body healed from a terrible wreck that happened. By setting up doctor visits. Physical therapy appts. Constant communication over text and call through out the process for me to get back to somewhat normal. They worked with insurance to get the correct treatment for my neck and back injures. Awesome family and I thank them for everything.

Beyond Grateful!

When searching for an attorney I read through countless reviews on google for attorneys in my area. Burress Law by far had the most outstanding reviews and for good reason. I cant imagine choosing any other law firm to handle my case. During our first meeting I was overwhelmed with emotions, questions, & concerns as this was my first experience needing to be represented. Jason, Trisha, and Brian instantly assured me, gave me peace of mind, and listened to what I had to say. Never once did I feel like I was just another number. I truly felt as though I was their only client and I had top priority. I have to add that Brian Mincher completely blew me away with the amount respect he showed me, he always checked in with me before moving forward. Great Communication!

Best Personal Injury Attorney

I was involved in a car accident back in 2018 that involved a drunk driver. I was very close to graduating with my B.S. and the accident truly put my personal and professional life at a halt, but my mom found Burress Law, and I must say, now that my case is finished, I am truly grateful for these hardworking individuals! Trisha, the paralegal, was so sweet and was very good with communicating to me about updates on my case. Jason and Kyle were so empathetic and knowledgable throughout the whole process! Incredible experience working with Burress Law

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic while working with Burress Law. I broke my wrist in an accident that required immediate surgery and a few months of occupational therapy. After the accident, I attempted to deal with the insurance company on my own for about a year which ended up being a mistake. The insurance company would not work with me on a settlement. Their settlement figure was lower than it should have been for an injury such as mine. Burress law was willing to take the case and help with every aspect of it. They were able to help me get a significant increase from what was initially offered and they also dealt with all the under insured portion of the claim as well. They worked with me to ensure I was taken care of. Without their assistance I would have had to accept an offer well below what the claim should have been. They have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and assuring throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Burress Law to anyone dealing with a similar situation.
