Highly recommend

Brian was an outstanding divorce/custody lawyer and I am incredibly grateful for the support he and his team provided throughout the entire process. From our very first conversation, he made me feel heard and understood. He was always honest, compassionate, and genuinely kind, which made a difficult ...season feel much more manageable. Brian’s knowledge and sharp legal insight gave me confidence every step of the way. He explained things clearly, stayed proactive, and always made sure I knew what to expect. His thoroughness, along with the dedication of his team, truly set them apart. Their communication was top notch. I never felt out of the loop and every question I had was answered promptly and thoughtfully. Because of Brian’s guidance and expertise, my case ended with a positive result and I felt supported from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for an attorney who is not only highly skilled, but also empathetic, honest, and deeply committed to his clients.

Complicated client and case

I’m not an easy client and my case was anything but simple. Multiple firms turned me down because of how complicated it was, but Brian didn’t hesitate to take it on. He represented me through both my divorce and later, my child custody modification case. My situation involved multiple states, domesti...c violence, and numerous witnesses, yet Brian and his team guided me through every step with skill, compassion, and professionalism. He truly understood my situation and treated me and my daughter like we were his only clients. Brian was attentive, responsive, and always made sure I understood what was happening. His dedication and communication made an incredibly difficult process much easier to face. I’ll continue to use his services, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him. If you’re looking for an attorney who genuinely cares, fights for you, and knows how to navigate even the toughest cases Brian is the one you want in your corner.

Muslim clients, you're in good hands.

If you’re Muslim and not sure that Brian will understand the religious and cultural background to your marriage, I promise you he will, and he’ll fight for it. Brian is the guy you go to when your glasses are so muddy you can’t see anymore, and you’re just tired of trying to figure it all out. He ...takes the glasses off and wipes them clean—or, if they’re too far gone, he gets you a new pair so you can finally see clearly. His no‑nonsense approach is what makes him exceptional at what he does, a messiah if you will. I came to Brian after my previous firm had already charged me an arm and a leg to get my dowry back in temporary orders—necessary at the time, but not needed moving forward. Brian couldn’t understand why the case hadn’t been settled from the start, especially since the marriage was so short, but he quickly recognized that my ex‑husband was after everything he could possibly grab. While my dad and brother were adamant about taking this to trial, Brian sensed that I never truly cared to fight this fight—I already knew how deceitful and unethical my ex‑husband was, and that’s what he prioritized. Mediation was the turning point. Our mediator did an excellent job listening to the facts while respecting cultural and religious obligations. Brian honored my request to have my ex swear on the Quran regarding him stealing my gold, clothing, and other personal items. Brian listened attentively and understood the weight of that request. When my ex tried to slip through with a loophole swear, I countered with a detailed explanation of how to swear properly. The deal collapsed, and his excuse was, “her family is trying to humiliate me.” That was enough for me to walk away—because if he wasn’t willing to swear, that alone proved he was lying in my book. My family, however, was thrilled the deal fell through because they wanted everything on public record: the assault with photos of the blood; his mother’s abusive texts; and proof of his lies and freeloading. To them, it was worth every penny—even if the judge had ruled I’d walk away with only a dollar. I would have loved to see Brian in action, and he was ready to fight against my ex’s claims to land he said my father had “promised” him; against his claim to the money I’d spent from my personal earnings on my father’s car while covering all the bills; and even against his taking 90% of the wedding gifts from both sides. About a month after mediation, Brian suggested trying to settle again, knowing that once depositions began, my family would never agree to compromise and I was willing to move on. I was adamant about not taking more than what was owed to me Islamically—my dowry, repayment for the living expenses I had covered, three months of support post‑divorce, and attorney fees (since he forced us into litigation)—and Brian respected that. He got everything the mediator said I’d get in court, and then some. While it was less than I’d qualify for in an Islamic divorce, it was a more than fair outcome compared to what I could realistically expect in court. Brian was my strongest advocate—not just for my case, but for the honest and religious approach I wanted to take, even in the face of my ex‑husband’s unethical behavior. He not only fought for me but also respected the values that mattered most to me. Besides all that, Brian is just a genuinely cool guy. We always ended up laughing and talking about everything under the sun, and I loved learning from his experience and perspective. Our conversations weren’t just about the case—he gave me practical life and even dating advice for when I’m ready to take that step again. Overall, he’s just a wholesome human being, and I truly valued the time I got to spend working with him.

Thank You So Much!

Unfortunately, my case drug on for nearly 2 years. I used Brian about 10 years ago for the same thing, dealing with the same individual. I had reached back out to Brian on this case from the get go. However, due to scheduling conflicts, we were not able to work together initially (moreso that I was a... little impatient given the circumstances). Those of you who are curious....ask Brian briefly about my case. I realize he can't go into details, but he will tell you, this was one of the most insane cases he has ever dealt with. I have a close personal friend who is a family attorney, and she said this is the worst case of this specific type of situation she has ever seen. This was the hardest time of my life...and it lasted nearly two years. There were times where I was heartbroken, furious, and melencholy. You can probably imagine that at times, I was very concerned about how things were proceeding. I voiced those concerns. Let me be clear....Brian never promised me a result. But he did stick by me. He has carried me through this whole ordeal...in more ways than just one. A bit of a backstory before I reconnected with Brian... The very first attorney I hired, did a shitty job. Honestly, they deserve a bad review. They made it somewhat ok in the end, which is why I havent. But because of them, I completely missed out on visitations and holidays, including Christmas. The 2nd attorney I hired, hardly ever responded; when he did, it was several days, weeks later. I got put in a worse situation because of his inaction. He no longer works at that firm. So my case got escalated to the top....the best in the firm right? WRONG! I'll just leave that there... FINALLY, Brian and I reconnect and he gets started immediately; putting pressure on the opposition, triggering responses that benefited us, and executing in the courtroom. It was a long, hard, painful, struggle, but we got everything we asked for in the end. For the purposes of being brief, I have left out quite a bit here. But trust me, this is an attorney you want on your side. Thank you Brian - for everything.

"I am happy to endorse Brian Andrade. We were opposing counsel on a fairly contentious matter but Brian stayed cool and worked with me through the weekend before the final hearing as he was recent to this case. In the end, we both got our clients together right before the hearing and worked out a partial proposal and let the Judge do the rest. He was professional and courteous and exemplified the way an attorney should approach both his client and opposing counsel. I think that he has a bright future in the law."
