Looking for a sign to hire? Here it is..

They say "You get what you pay for"... When it comes to family and children there really isn't a set amount or budget. Let me start with the sugar coat version of "I have a stong personality " which translates into DIFFICULT INDIVIDUAL. Earl and his team managed to not fire me as a client. Our case... was a dime a dozen but the difference being 1 associate judge did not follow the law. Earl made it his mission not only to "kindly" remind the Judge what the law is but tore apart the social worker assigned. He made it known what her actual qualifications were and left no room for her to reach. If put your money where you mouth is were a person Its Earl Jackson. Not only will he fight hard for you and your family but this man AIN'T SCARED to be held in contempt of court. That is how passionate he. His team is amazing and have their ducks in a row if that were to happen. His paralegal Stacey is ON TOP on everything and is TOPNOTCH! She has managed to tame the mama bear side of me when I have been highly upset. Stacey is very understanding, compassionate, able to relate and has a way of communicating with clients. From the moment you walk-in Babs is there greeting you, offering something to drink, always in a wonderful mood and has a lovey smile on her face. I don't think I have ever left that law office feeling worse than I did walking in. Earl and his team have a tone of reassurance that just makes you feel a bit better.

Best Lawyer in Dallas

Mr. Earl Jackson, represented me against a former attorney that I hired to help me during my divorce. the previous attorney did me so wrong (my belief is that I was sold out), I had lost everything and came out negative and owing my Gold digger ex wife after the divorce, I had no idea how that had h...appened since I owned all the real estate that was taken from me before my marriage. I hired Earl Jackson to sue my previous attorney. Mr. Jackson won the Law suite and I also hired Mr. Jackson to collect on the Judgment. We are currently in process of collecting the Judgment. Mr. Jackson is very thorough and swift when it comes to serving justice. I highly recommend Earl Jackson and his legal team, best lawyer in Dallas per my Experience.. ***Ten Stars to Earl and his Team*** Thank you Earl. RL

Highly Recommend!

I would highly recommend Earl Jackson of the Jackson Law Group! Earl and his team, paralegal--Stacey are highly competent, focused, driven, tough, honest, integrable, fair, and appropriately funny on what can be such a sensitive and turbulent life-changing event!! Earl and his team ensured I was g...iven a fair hearing and trial before the court given my custodial rights were seeking to be taken away by the other parent without any grounds. Not only did Earl ensure my children's voice was heard by way of the evidence presented which led to me being awarded Expanded Custody, but more importantly, upon completion of the trial, I was awarded Sole Managing Conservator of my two beautiful children! I will be forever thankful to Earl Jackson and his team, paralegal--Stacey Voss! They ensured that my children's future involved life with their father whom they love, but more importantly, Earl and his team secured my children's well-being by ensuring the court understood that it was in the children's best interest to award father with Sole Managing Conservatorship!

Adoption Grand Daughter

I cannot thank Counselor Earl Jackson enough for his service and favor he did for my granddaughter and I. I sought after him, and he responded to me with a resounding “yes” “we love helping veterans.” He explain what he was gonna proceed, and how he was gonna proceed. He thoroughly explain all that ...my granddaughter and I needed to do. He explained the due process and appearance before the Judge, including the time line from start to finish, and everything he spoke about happened exactly like he explained to me. I’ve never had an attorney so accurate as Counselor Earl Jackson. He’s our hero. We thank you so much and we love you sir. You most certainly earned a diamond in your crown you did for us, as I’m sure our Heavenly Father is proud of you as we are. Thanks again!

You want him in your corner

I hired Earl for an annulment. He was patient and kind during our communications. He is tough as nails in court. I had no problems with his staff or getting paperwork done in a timely manner. He will listen to you and do what is in your best interest as long as it is legal, moral, and ethical. He k...eeps up with current law and I personally witnessed his CLE (continuing legal education) material in his office. My case went on longer than I thought it would but that was not Earl's fault. He hung in there until the end and even consulted when the case ended up as a different type of lawsuit outside of Texas. He checked in regularly after his part was over to see how the case was going. He gave me good advice to help prevent me from having future problems. As far as billing, he works for a living like most of us. But he bills for work, not playtime. If you are unsure, just ask him and he will tell you what he bills for. What you will get is your money's worth. No case is guaranteed. But if you want the best chance possible, go with this guy. He played a part in a larger team effort against the problem that I faced........... and he won his battle.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked on several cases with Earl and he has always done a great job. He is knows Family Law very well and I often call on him for specific advice on nuance matters in Family Law. He also is a very good litigator who handles himself well in the courtroom. Earl is well regarded by both Judges and opposing counsel. When I was hospitalized a few years ago he was the first person I chose to handle my family law cases and he did a very good job for me and my clients. Earl also does a good job in mediation and we have worked on mediation cases together. He is very good at explaining complex legal issues to clients so they can understand the issues and make a rational decision."
