I met Attorney Shutt under the most trying of circumstances. When one is emotionally wrecked and unable to focus, it means the world for someone to say "I got this." And when that person follows through, there can be no greater gift. I practiced law for over 20 years at the highest levels. In my career, I have rarely met someone as capable (both professionally and personally) as Isaac. He gave advice on a whole host of issues and he was my advocate when I was dealing with various professionals and interested parties. Mediation: He was excellent in mediation. He was strong, sharp and firm however he knew when it was our turn to give a little in order to get the deal done. Estate: He also represented me as a beneficiary and was just as thorough and ethical. Estates can be lengthy processes and he never lost momentum. It is so hard to find honest people in this world, much less an attorney. Issac and Peter handled my mother-in-laws probate case as well as a real estate issue with extenuating circumstances. I appreciated the transparency and they always give options to save money too. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and expeditious. Less than two months ago we were blindsided by the sudden and unexpected loss of a beloved family member. After the initial shock began to wear off, and we learned more about the circumstances of the family member's passing, we accepted that we needed a skilled and experienced Probate Attorney to advise and assist us along the way. Awesome is not enough praise to give Mr. Shutt! He was the estate attorney for my mother's estate. His system for organizing one's final documents was indispensable while I was my mother's primary caregiver. It was invaluable after my mother's death. I had worked with Mr Shutt in 2015 to update my will, POA, Medical POA, and Directive to Physicians. I found him to be knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, professional, and kind. In January 2017, my brother had collapsed and was taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, the outlook is grim. To make things worse, my brother had no will. Adding to the complications was my aged mother's will and statements my parents had made about their will concerning my brother's two children. I called Mr. Shutt in a panic and he was able to meet with me the next morning! That day he answered my questions, talked to my niece (also an attorney), received a call from my brother in the hospital, draft a partial will per my brother's instructions, and email it to my niece and nephew with step-by-step instructions AND words to say (during the signing of the will) to my brother, the two witnesses, and the notary during the signing to ensure that this partial will would hold up in the probate of my parent's will and trust. Amazing! I told Mr. Shutt that he would definitely be hearing from me when it comes time to take my mother's will to probate! I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

My mom unexpectantly passed and I live in another state and finding an lawyer was going to be difficult. I had already consulted with a paralegal and called referral services and I was getting frustrated.
