Biography
For nearly a decade Daniel Bohmer has represented some of the fastest growing governmental entities in North Texas in a wide range of legal issues including advising governing bodies on state and federal law, personnel matters, contracts, real property purchases, construction, and policies. An experienced and compassionate litigator, he has represented clients in all manner of disputes before Federal and State courts, including hundreds of cases before Federal Administrative Law Judges.
As Managing Partner with Janik Bohmer, PLLC, Daniel provides individuals and small businesses with the same high-quality legal work clients would receive from large, multi-national law firms while giving his clients the one-on-one attention that they deserve. Daniel's practice focuses on business law, intellectual property, copyright, and estate planning and almost any appellate matter in Federal or State court. Daniel also handles select social security disability and family law matters. Before completing law school, Daniel worked in IT field as a web designer, which provided him unique insight and understanding of the goals and challenges faced by many of his clients.
