This guy handled a divorce case for me. Completely and totally unprepared. We had every piece of documentation. He showed up in court with a circle and four arrows pointing to the circle. One piece of dang paper for a trial man!!!! Needless to say the other attorney had an easy day in court. They sho...wed up with zero documentation. She was hiding her retirement and other monies in other accounts. He didn't even freaking mention it! This woman got 14k from deferred comp. Over 15k out of my pension. She worked for 15 years as a manager for a financial giant. She kept all of her retirement, took all the equity to the house, and kept the SUV. I managed to get my dog, Christmas items, and a car twice as old as my mother. That wasn't even running anymore. She was on the stand a grand total of 45 minutes. While I was being questioned by an actual attorney for 4 hours!!! I paid him a ton of money probably well over 8k. Her attorney probably couldn't believe their good fortune. Besides how do you defend someone who doesn't bring any documentation to trial. Have the other side who has an attorney that doesn't even bother to mention it. OMG!!! Somebody needs to look into this type of practice at $250 freaking dollars per hour. Nobody should get this type of representation. Don't let what happened to me, be your story. You have been warned! I wish there was recourse to recover all my fees. No way besides filing basic court documents. Could he have done any work on my case.

My name is Jerome Easter, I hired Thomas in February 2016 to handle two child support cases. That was a mistake! Child Support 1. He allows me to be blackmail into an agreement that heavy favorite the mom. $12,000 back pay, some type of. Visitation, she carries insurance. Thomas failed to ask m...e for any documents about the child support case and only met with me once(collect money). He does answer emails. Case 2 He failed to realize the AG made a mistake. What mistakes? Missouri is child home state, Missouri is share income state. He didn't know that Ag went on Texas laws. Which cost me $$$$$. Furthermore; I received no rights to the child. Thomas was a wonderful and attentive attorney that helped in my strangely unique case. He was always up front and honest about my chances for certain things in the modification and I appreciated that above hearing someone just telling you what you want to hear. I also liked his flat rate fees..that w...as nice to have and caused transparency that most attorneys do not have! I would recommend him to anyone as he was also compassionate about my case and I was appreciative he acted like he cared what happened to my daughter and that was calming to say the least.
