Biography
Gregory C. Mack is the founder of Mack Law Group, PLLC, a business litigation law firm that provides an array of legal services to a variety of businesses - whether established or in the startup phase - across all major industries and to the people who run these concerns, including officers, directors and owners. Greg has over 25 years of experience practicing complex business litigation and he takes the time to understand his clients’ business and the challenges in order to develop litigation strategies to meet their goals.
Prior to founding MLG, Greg co-founded a boutique litigation firm in Dallas, Texas and spent more than 15 years honing his trial skills at several prestigious national litigation firms representing Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts across the United States. Greg acquired unique experience early in his career by being mentored and trained by some of the finest trial lawyers in Texas. First as a second chair trial attorney and then as lead trial counsel on numerous sophisticated litigation cases with multi-million dollars at stake. As a result, the attorneys at MLG have the knowledge, experience and resources to handle broad based complex legal disputes of all sizes for its clients.
Our firm is is conveniently located in the heart of Collin County, Texas, one of the most dynamic and fastest growing counties in Texas. We primarily serve our local community with many of our clients based in the cities of Allen, McKinney, Plano and Frisco, but we often represent clients in whatever venue their legal matter is pending. While we provide the same skills and expertise available at a major law firm, we do so without the extravagant overhead expense which many firms pass on to their clients. We staff lean, we prepare efficiently and we align our economic interest with those of our clients.
At MLG, we strive to establish and nurture long term advisory relationships with each of our clients. As a result, we partner with our clients to ensure that their success leads to our success. On certain matters, this results in a blended fee arrangement which allows our clients greater certainty in determining day-to-day legal costs while at the same time incentivizing our firm to win, rather than run up needless billable hours.
The firm's comprehensive legal services include, among others, commercial litigation, business formation, strategic planning and guidance, partnership disputes, real estate, insurance, fraud, banking and finance, labor and employment, bankruptcy, DTPA, construction, product liability and personal injury.
Outside of his career, the charities closest to Greg's heart are Autism Speaks and Operation Kindness, where he has volunteered time and resources over the years. His beloved German shepherd was adopted from Operation Kindness almost 10 years ago as a puppy and is still one of his best friends today.
Greg enjoys outdoor activities including golf, running and anything related to travel or nature. He also spends time reading on a variety of interests and enjoys learning new skills and trying things that are otherwise challenging or uncomfortable as often as possible.
