Finally, a lawyer with common sense!

Over the past few decades, I've had the displeasure of having to go to attorneys every now and then. Whether it was for a divorce, contract disagreement, or forming a business, each time, it seemed like none of the lawyers were focused on the most logical or practical solution, but were focused on w...inning and tallying up their billable hours. I've had Naval handle three cases now. Each time, he's been very direct and to the point. It hasn't been about how many hours he was able to bill me for any case, but about the best ways to get me from point A to point B. I did have some reservations due to him still being relatively young and new to the practice of law compared to some of the attorneys that he was facing, but he proved to be more than able to hold his ground.

Great Advice

Naval was contacted for a contract Demand review, since the demand date expired. I had already done some due diligence but really just needed confirmation of what the next steps would be. He was extremely helpful in laying out my course of action which is exactly what I needed.

Friendly but............

I paid in full up front plus extra cushion just in case. Patel took 3 months for him to file probate. He filed using ineligible person as applicant. Seven months later, he withdraws from case, citing "conflict of interest". Now I have an open case in probate with an ineligible applicant and no attorn...ey or money to move forward. At least he sent me back the unused portion of funds Ipaid him. Unfortunately, what was left was nowhere close to what I needed to hire another attorney. I will probably lose my inheritance due to statute of limitations. If you want someone to hang out with, Patel is great. If you need a probate attorney, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Criminal Defense advice session

The attorney had a few good pointers but was looking for something more in depth that would assist with my daughters federal case on how to proceed.

Family advice session

He was helpful but I dont think he has enough experience with child custody and international travel. I have to correct him and he did not read the document completely before calling me which would have been good
