Naval H. Patel

I needed an attorney to help my business with a contract dispute we were having with a vendor. After consulting with Naval, I thought that he was overthinking my simple case. The lawyer I went to after him made it seem like it was no big deal. He was so wrong. The issues that Naval picked up o...n during our short consult, this lawyer wholly missed. That certainly didn't stop the other lawyer from taking twenty grand from my pocket. I ended up firing my other attorney and went back to Naval and hired him. Lesson learned and it only cost me about twenty grand. I should have hired Naval from the beginning and not doing so was one of the most expensive mistakes I ever made.

I consulted with Mr. Patel in late 2014 or early 2015 for an issue about my house and about antoher person claiming ownership of it. I made the mistake of not hiring him. At the time, he was newly licensed and I didn't think he had the experience to handle my case. During our consult, he told me t...hat my case wasn't simple and that there would likely need to be several additional parties and lawsuits filed. My attorney at the time and othe attorneys I consulted at the time hadn't mentioned anything of the sort and so I thought he must've been mistaken and chalked it up to his inexpierience in part. I kick myself for this. Two years after consulting with and not hiring Mr. Patel, my case was STILL UNRESOLVED. Every single thing he had said would be an issue was an issue and my attorney at the time, the attorney I hired after firing my first, and none of the other attorneys I consulted with so much as even mentioned or noticed the same issues he did! Because of this, I thought he obviously had to be the one that was wrong. After all, how could so many more "experienced" attorenys miss such OBVIOUS issues!? Well, they did! Each dropped the ball and I was the one who suffered! Because I didn't hire Mr. Patel and because the attorneys I ended up hiring and consulting with were idiots, I basically had to shell out over $100K in legal fees alone! I ultimately hired him and he cleaned up the mess my attorneys had made. I only wish I had hired him during my consult a few years ago because then I wouldn't have had to waste the $100K+ on my other attorneys! In retrospect, his insight was amazing and spot on. During representation, he picked up on the main issues that needed to be overcome and took them on. Thanks to Mr. Patel's counsel, I can FINALLY say that my case is resolved and done with!
