2nd lien foreclosure in Texas

I spoke to Cheryl and she is very, very knowledgeable about real estate law. She gave me such confident guidance that I took her advise right away to get the ball rolling without any further delay. I would recommend a call to her any day. I had called a local big firm days before and still awaiting ...a return call! I hope to one day be at her aide for whatever she may need! I hope this review would assist in paying it forward! What an awesome way to reach out to an attorney in an emergency situation... thank you Avvo.com!

HOA Issue Regarding Leases

I talked with Cheryl over the phone regarding an HOA issue and she made an excellent recommendation for addressing the issue. I was very pleased with timeliness and content of the counsel I received. I will call Cheryl again when I need legal counsel.

Tenant damaged property in Tarrant county

Have an ongoing issue with my residential lease, with tenants no upkeep of the property. Called her on the issue and got a very pragmatic advise. This was on my initial phone call, ( and free). I was pleasantly surprised that she advised me that pursuing in court would probably not be financially ben...eficial to my case. Definitely earned my future real-estate and business legal engagements. Thank you Cheryl. Anjan

An All in One

If you are going to a foreclosure auction, Cheryl is who you want by your side. She knows what to research on title before going, the bidding process and how to proceed after auction. professional and helpful

Ms. Smith was very professional and caring. She was quick, efficient and responsive. She not only took the time to answer my questions but also went out of her way to get additional information for me. I found her answers very helpful. I would highly recommend her, and will certainly use her in the ...future if I need to.
