Divorce with Child Custody client

Let me start by saying that I was referred to Ms. Risinger by one of her past clients who was very happy with her representation and the outcome of her case. Initial contact was with her paralegal who answered her phone the first time I called. I told her paralegal about my situation which was a d...ivorce with children and she indicated that Ms. Risinger could help. She then scheduled an appointment for me to meet Ms. Risinger to further discuss my case. When I meet with Ms. Risinger I explained to her my situation and she was confident that she could help. She was right! Working with Ms. Risnger was terrific. She is an absolute professional in every regard. She was very knowledgeable about how to strategically position my case for the best interest of my children and me. Understanding that this is a stressful situation she was prompt to take my call and return my calls. She spent time explaining to me whatever I inquired about. In the end I would say she more than paid for herself and saved me thousands of dollars due to extensive experience with Family Law cases. If what you are looking for in your situation is a responsive, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, professional to handle your Family Law case I would recommend Ms. Risinger with the highest regard. I am happy to have retained Ms. Risinger and very pleased with the outcome of my case. I have read a recent post here on her and complaining about their experience with her and I couldn't disagree more. Ms. Risinger can only deal with the facts of the case, her clients support and their willingness to trust her and follow her professional advice. After all that is why I retained her. I will recommend her to anyone I know that might be going through a tough time like I was.

Custody Lawyer

I hired Linda to help me with a custody suit. She was helpful and insightful. She guided me through the process and took time to make sure that I understood all steps of the process. When it got complicated, she was there for me. She made sure that I was a part of my kids lives in a real way. I ca...n't think of any body else I would rather have by my side in a courthouse.

Highly Recommend

Linda Risinger is an incredibly efficient and knowledgeable attorney that will do what she can to get her client what is possible by law. Sometimes it is hard for people to respect the fact that the law only permits certain actions and that their are limitations to what can be done in many cases. But... Linda Risinger will fight for her clients and most importantly for the best interests of involved children. She represented me on multiple issues and did for my family what the highest priced attorneys in the DFW metroplex said was simply not possible. If Linda Risinger does not immediately answer calls it is probably because she is a high demand attorney fighting for her clients in court or handling the very sensitive issue cases that make her the knowledgeable lawyer that she is on so many different issues. I don't want a lawyer who has tons of time to chat- I want a lawyer who wins! And she will do just that! She communicates what is necessary and be assured she will always take all the time a client needs to sit and discuss the case with her. She definitely invests in her clients just as we invest in her. I never write reviews for anything but Linda Risinger changed my life and protected my family. I will be forever grateful.

I highly Recommend Linda Risinger!

I'm currently a client of Linda's. She is a very up front and honest person. She doesn't beat around the bush and always tells it like it is. This can be intimidating to some, but that can be a very good thing during cross examination of opposing counsel. She doesn't have a platform (i.e. The Fathers... Attorney) such as someone like Randy Essenburg who claims to be for the kids but is really only for fathers with money. Linda is simply all about the client and the best interest of the children and the family as a whole. I recommend always being honest and open with your attorney and she is very good at taking the information you give her and presenting it very well in court. She is a great mediator and communicator and will work very hard on your case. She stays very busy with a lot of CPS and domestic violence cases and is in court a lot. She is highly sought out for her experience. Not every attorney is perfect but she's pretty awesome. If your looking for someone to coddle you all the time, she isn't the person to go to. She is great at calming ya down when you feel like you are about to lose it, but I would avoid calling every 15 min or even every day. She's simply too busy to handle that need for communication from a client. I will go to say that cases take time. If your case is supposed to be pretty so easy then do the divorce yourself and stop complaining if it takes time. If you can't reach Linda, (she's definitely in court) but I recommend getting onto the county records site (whichever is handling your case) and checking for any status' there. I do everyday to see if opposing counsel has filed anything new and to check on my husbands criminal matter. Linda knows what she's doing and works hard. Like any attorney she loves to win and will go to battle with confidence. I highly disagree with the negative comments on here because it's definitely not the Linda I've come to know. She's fairly priced. Is very helpful and super patient- especially with my divorce proceedings. She is pretty good at responding to emails and calls/texts. Her assistant Vanessa is wonderful too and does a great job in giving case updates.
