Linda is totally committed to achieving the best possible outcome for my case. Her preparation for court is very thorough and includes the best documentation and most recently passed laws. Let me start by saying that I was referred to Ms. Risinger by one of her past clients who was very happy with her representation and the outcome of her case. Initial contact was with her paralegal who answered her phone the first time I called. She was right! Working with Ms. Risnger was terrific. She is an absolute professional in every regard. She was very knowledgeable about how to strategically position my case for the best interest of my children and me. Understanding that this is a stressful situation she was prompt to take my call and return my calls. She spent time explaining to me whatever I inquired about. I hired Linda to handle my divorce and custody battle. She promised results as all attorneys do but got zero results. She was disorganized, appeared to have more cases than she could manage, a revolving door of support staff, and always had excuses for not being responsive or buttoned up. She talk...ed a good game at the beginning but in the end could not deliver progress or provide good legal strategy on how to navigate a heated legal battle. She did not perform well in front of the judge. She is not as expensive as some other attorneys, but if you want to save some money and NOT get your interests represented or defended as they should then maybe she is right for you. I say beware. She is not a strong attorney. How she can be in business for this long is a mystery.

Linda Risinger is an incredibly efficient and knowledgeable attorney that will do what she can to get her client what is possible by law. Sometimes it is hard for people to respect the fact that the law only permits certain actions and that their are limitations to what can be done in many cases. But... Linda Risinger will fight for her clients and most importantly for the best interests of involved children. She represented me on multiple issues and did for my family what the highest priced attorneys in the DFW metroplex said was simply not possible. If Linda Risinger does not immediately answer calls it is probably because she is a high demand attorney fighting for her clients in court or handling the very sensitive issue cases that make her the knowledgeable lawyer that she is on so many different issues. I don't want a lawyer who has tons of time to chat- I want a lawyer who wins! And she will do just that! She communicates what is necessary and be assured she will always take all the time a client needs to sit and discuss the case with her.
