Shes horrible

My ex hired her as his lawyer.... during court she kept saying horrible things about me, She lies the whole sessions for clients then when judge asks for evidence she doesn't have it! Needless to say she didn't win for my ex and all favors went to me! Heads up everyone!!!!

Excellent

Linda was not only tough as nails when dealing with DA’s she is able to compassionately present the clients case that is reasonably fair for both parties. When the future of your kids are at stake or you have a difficult time talking to your spouse, Linda is worth more than she charges. I will recom...mend her to anyone.

You could do MUCH better

My divorce/custody case was pretty open and closed since the father defaulted on his subpoena. However, Linda’s lack of work and communication dragged this case on for almost a year, did not go through the Texas AG, and billed me for phone calls/emails that never happened. A year after the divorce ...decree was issued, I am still trying to get the Texas AG to honor my divorce decree. Basically, two years after hiring her and still nothing is done and I’m having to sort it out myself.

Linda was the best attorney for my divorce case!

i originally hired two different attorneys in Dallas to help me with my divorce and that was a big mistake. These two attorneys didn't care about my case and all they wanted was to charge my credit card. I hired Linda as my third attorney to help me with my divorce process and child custody. Lind...a was so good and was on top of my case. She is an excellent attorney, she will fight for you and she will get things done. Her staff is awesome too. I would recommend Linda to everyone.

Divorce with Child Custody client

Let me start by saying that I was referred to Ms. Risinger by one of her past clients who was very happy with her representation and the outcome of her case. Initial contact was with her paralegal who answered her phone the first time I called. I told her paralegal about my situation which was a d...ivorce with children and she indicated that Ms. Risinger could help. She then scheduled an appointment for me to meet Ms. Risinger to further discuss my case. When I meet with Ms. Risinger I explained to her my situation and she was confident that she could help. She was right! Working with Ms. Risnger was terrific. She is an absolute professional in every regard. She was very knowledgeable about how to strategically position my case for the best interest of my children and me. Understanding that this is a stressful situation she was prompt to take my call and return my calls. She spent time explaining to me whatever I inquired about. In the end I would say she more than paid for herself and saved me thousands of dollars due to extensive experience with Family Law cases. If what you are looking for in your situation is a responsive, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, professional to handle your Family Law case I would recommend Ms. Risinger with the highest regard. I am happy to have retained Ms. Risinger and very pleased with the outcome of my case. I have read a recent post here on her and complaining about their experience with her and I couldn't disagree more. Ms. Risinger can only deal with the facts of the case, her clients support and their willingness to trust her and follow her professional advice. After all that is why I retained her. I will recommend her to anyone I know that might be going through a tough time like I was.
