Want to give someone money just to argue and lose? If so, call Linda. She will lead you to believe you have a chance when the law clearly says you don't. Linda unanimously lost the biggest case in Family Law in Texas history at the Texas Supreme Court on a 9-0 decision. She stole thousands of dollars... from her clients by giving a false hope of a favorable outcome for them. She costs all parties involved over $250,000. She doesn't care about children, parental rights, men or women. She cares about getting paid and fighting losing battles. You're better off being pro se.

Wonderful person . And her daughter I couldn't have felt more comfortable with a person I didn't know . I hired Linda to handle my divorce and custody battle. She promised results as all attorneys do but got zero results. She was disorganized, appeared to have more cases than she could manage, a revolving door of support staff, and always had excuses for not being responsive or buttoned up. She talk...ed a good game at the beginning but in the end could not deliver progress or provide good legal strategy on how to navigate a heated legal battle. She did not perform well in front of the judge. She is not as expensive as some other attorneys, but if you want to save some money and NOT get your interests represented or defended as they should then maybe she is right for you. I say beware. She is not a strong attorney. How she can be in business for this long is a mystery.

I went to her with a coplex child custody and divorce case; she could not have handled it better and I wonder if some of the reviews are the other side to a divorce that she smoked. She was always available and would always listen to me. She was a fighter when I needed one and really got things don...e! From the very beginning to the very end, she was on top of my case and always had my best interest at heart. She was to the point and told me what I needed to hear, not always just what I wanted to hear. She was always prepared and always professional. Linda guided me through a very difficult situation and when it was over, made sure that everything was completed in a timely fashion. I used her after I fired my previous attorney and the difference was amazing. I always got copies of every document and she would be there to answer questions if I had any about what she sent. If I could not speak with her, she would make sure her assistant knew how to answer my questions. Her billings were fair and concise. I was truly blessed to find this attorney.

Our first meeting was mostly consumed by her telling stories with about 2 minutes spent on my case. I had an agreement in hand and all I had to do was to get it filed. Nothing ever happened! Nothing! She said texting was her preferred method of communication. When my test didnt't get answered, I... called and got one returned phone call until I fired her eight months later. As far as i can tell, she did nothing. When I replaced her with another attorney and requested a refund of my retainer she assured me it would be in the next days mail, that was over 6 onths ago. She won't take my calls and she won't return them and won't return any part of my retainer.
