Linda Needham Risinger

Want to give someone money just to argue and lose? If so, call Linda. She will lead you to believe you have a chance when the law clearly says you don't. Linda unanimously lost the biggest case in Family Law in Texas history at the Texas Supreme Court on a 9-0 decision. She stole thousands of dollars... from her clients by giving a false hope of a favorable outcome for them. She costs all parties involved over $250,000. She doesn't care about children, parental rights, men or women. She cares about getting paid and fighting losing battles. You're better off being pro se.

Let me start by saying that I was referred to Ms. Risinger by one of her past clients who was very happy with her representation and the outcome of her case. Initial contact was with her paralegal who answered her phone the first time I called. I told her paralegal about my situation which was a d...ivorce with children and she indicated that Ms. Risinger could help. She then scheduled an appointment for me to meet Ms. Risinger to further discuss my case. When I meet with Ms. Risinger I explained to her my situation and she was confident that she could help. She was right! Working with Ms. Risnger was terrific. She is an absolute professional in every regard. She was very knowledgeable about how to strategically position my case for the best interest of my children and me. Linda Risinger is a lawyer in the Collin County, Texas area. She will tell you exactly what you want to hear and keep the case running. I have had Linda for many years. For a final hearing on a my family case, Linda shows up and starts arguing points that were not supposed to argued until a later ...date. It was also an enforcement hearing for my ex wife (who did not show up) and Linda failed to prepare or argue that case. Linda told me 'Give me 30 (or 45) days and this thing will be wrapped up.' Linda told me this in November 2014. Linda does not return phone calls or respond appropriately to me. Linda and her office staff a plagued by constant technical issues (i.e. phone does not work, network down, file not found, et al.). I realize that my case is not very interesting or important in the grand-scheme of things, but this simple case of adjusting my child support payments has cost me over $28,000 in lawyer fees and my wife gets to destroy my relationship with my children with no consequence.
