All Talk

All she is is talk. And she actually doesn't work. I have seen no results. I get no responses to inquiry emails or phone call. I get no updates at all. I've heard other attorneys actually say the same things about her now that I'm asking around. I wish I could get my money back and move onto a dec...ent lawyer, but I'm stuck. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. And I will never make this mistake again. Please make better choices people.

The opposing party nevet had anything good to say.

Usually opposing parties will complain or slander the opposing parties attorney. However in my case i cant say i can say the same. Though Linda Risinger does not represent me I cant say anything bad about her nor her office. She is a pitbull in the courtroom to say the least. But also very ethical. W...hen i call she answers or promptly responds. My case is very complex with many given factors. She handles them all very professionally and promptly. I have never had any issues with Risinger and often wish i had hired her first. I give her and her firm 5 stars all the way around.

Missed Communication

Linda Risinger is a lawyer in the Collin County, Texas area. She will tell you exactly what you want to hear and keep the case running. I have had Linda for many years. For a final hearing on a my family case, Linda shows up and starts arguing points that were not supposed to argued until a later ...date. It was also an enforcement hearing for my ex wife (who did not show up) and Linda failed to prepare or argue that case. Linda told me 'Give me 30 (or 45) days and this thing will be wrapped up.' Linda told me this in November 2014. Linda does not return phone calls or respond appropriately to me. Linda and her office staff a plagued by constant technical issues (i.e. phone does not work, network down, file not found, et al.). I realize that my case is not very interesting or important in the grand-scheme of things, but this simple case of adjusting my child support payments has cost me over $28,000 in lawyer fees and my wife gets to destroy my relationship with my children with no consequence. Save yourself some heartache and do not hire Linda Risinger.

Outstanding Attorney!

She is very aggressive and knows the best strategy for your situation. Very organized and saved me from a Default Judgment! Linda trusted me with everything I presented to her and never doubted me from beginning to the end! She is very patient and performs all her duties in a professional mannet. I h...ighly recommend her to anyone who really needs her vast knowledge of the Texas Laws. Her leadership and loyalty is in the highest regards. I'm taking this time to Thank You with everything I have and may God continue.to provide you all the knowledge and wisdom for those seeking your expertise and proper guidance!!!

Beware - You have much better options

I hired Linda to handle my divorce and custody battle. She promised results as all attorneys do but got zero results. She was disorganized, appeared to have more cases than she could manage, a revolving door of support staff, and always had excuses for not being responsive or buttoned up. She talk...ed a good game at the beginning but in the end could not deliver progress or provide good legal strategy on how to navigate a heated legal battle. She did not perform well in front of the judge. She is not as expensive as some other attorneys, but if you want to save some money and NOT get your interests represented or defended as they should then maybe she is right for you. I say beware. She is not a strong attorney. How she can be in business for this long is a mystery.
