Eric Was Great!

Eric was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the law refarding my case. He listened to me, and returned every phone call and email. He ended up getting my charges dropped. Eric has earned a client for life with me & my company. Thanks again Eric for all of your help!

It doesn't get any better

Over the past couple of years, Eric has provided a range of legal services for me and my family. From child custody, divorce, and criminal defense to also helping us through an investigation with Child Protective Services. Eric has been with us through it all and has successfully managed to get us ...the best possible outcome given our situation. Eric thinks through all the possible scenarios and excels at explaining the options and setting realistic expectations. It’s apparent his past experience working on the “other side” helps him to be one step ahead at all times. What’s also great about Eric, is that it seems as though he is always “connected”. You can rest assured that if you send him an e-mail, text, or voicemail, he will get back to you. We've contacted him late night on a couple of occasions thinking we wouldn't hear from him until the next day only to receive a well thought out e-mail that same night. From a cost perspective, I can’t imagine anyone more reasonable than Eric. He works hard for every dollar you spend and was willing to work with us on a payment plan if necessary. Eric is definitely a blessing. Sometimes life doesn't go according to plan, it’s good to have someone like Eric in our corner when that happens.

Bogus Charge Dismissed

After a silly argument,my spouse called the police and alleged domestic violence. I was issued a Class C misdemeanor assault ticket. Having any sort of criminal record is not an option for my profession. I engaged Eric after he was recommended by a family friend who previously used him for a divor...ce case. I felt very comfortable with him after a short phone conversation. I also felt having someone who previously prosecuted criminalscases would be an advantage. Well, Eric came up with a solution and the ticket was dismissed. I didn't have to do anything....No meetings with the prosecutor, no court appearances, and no anger management classes. I am very pleased with the results. If things don't get better with my marriage,I'll be using Eric to file for a divorce. I love it, one stop shopping!

Best Attorney that knows his job and do it efficiently

I would recommend Eric Lafleur to anyone in need of legal services. He handled my case so efficiently and proficiently that I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I was charged with a class A assault/family which I don’t believe I am guilty from the very beginning. So the exception I set for a... lawyer was the one that can dismiss the case before the trial. I will not willing to accept any other outcome like fine or probation… I interviewed several lawyers, including Hunter Biederman who gets one of the highest rating in this website. However Mr. Biederman told me they never even try to dismiss an assault case because it is very difficult to make DA to do so now, instead they always go to trial and try to win from there. So Mr Biederman was not the one for me. On the afternoon I was ready to deliver the check to an attorney I picked, someone recommended Mr. Lafleur. I postponed the meeting with the other attorney I was ready to hire and waited one hour in Mr Lafleur’s office for him to return from court. That was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. While Mr Lafleur told me he can not 100% guarantee to dismiss the case, but based on my statement , he felt a great possibility he could do it. He kept me well informed what steps he could and would take; I immediately felt the trust in Eric. Also, his assistant Toni is such a nice lady, She made me felt I was not alone and they always had my best interest in mind. Going through something like this is very overwhelming and stressful. I put my trust in Eric, and Eric did not let me down. In fact within a week my case was sent to DA intake office, Eric called DA and DA decided not to even file the charge. What a relief! Thank You Eric!
