Late to both trial days. Didn’t turn in any evidence on time with the Judge. Didn’t talk with witnesses before trial to prepare them. Didn't give me any answers I had asked her during the process. Never objected during the hearings on either day of trial, therefore I couldn’t appeal. Left me out ...of two trial dates after the trial and never contacted me to tell me.

I hired Jennifer a few years back for custody issues. I regret that decision. She would tell me one thing over the phone, and then contradict what she said in emails. When I asked her to clarify, she seemed annoyed. At one point she even told me that if I wasn't happy with her, I should find someone ...else. Which I eventually did. I should've known at our initial consultation that she wouldn't be effective, but I didn't trust my husband's judgement. In the initial meeting, my husband described her as 'mousy', which I would say is pretty accurate. When my ex's lawyer walked into the courtroom, he looked confident and ready to go; Jennifer looked unsure of herself. I also remember that she repeated herself a lot, in emails and on the phone. Overall, I didn't have a good experience with her.
