Great attorney
Matt represented me on a DUI in Cleveland County and did a great job. I've kept my license, for now, but we'll see what happens with that. He gave me a payment plan that I was able too pay also.

Very good attorney at a very reasonable rate
I hired Matt for a felony burglary case and he was able to get me an outcome that I never expected. I had never been in trouble and he walked me through the process and answered every question that I had. He charged me a fair amount of money and I am very happy with the outcome of the case.

Arrogantly Rude And Unhelpful
Matt Swain monumentally and catastrophically failed in epic proportion, to say the least as far as making me feel confidant in him or his firm for legal representation. Also, he had the nerve to say something like, that he could tell by my tone of voice that things weren't going to go well because ...

Replied last March 26, 2022This person acted ridiculous from the beginning of our phone call, which was on a Sunday afternoon. I'm sorry that all the casinos in Southern Oklahoma banned you, but you dont have to be rude when an attorney doesnt want to talk to you all day on a Sunday. I could tell very early in the conversation that I didnt want to take your case based on your attitude. I'm sorry that you couldnt afford the fee that I quoted you. But this review is an outright lie from a crazy person

This guy was awful.
I had a felony case in Oklahoma back in 2012. The guy couldn't get an offer with the DA in my case. All that money, down the drain.
