James Wesley Todd

I hired James in 2009 to help me with a cash forfeiture case and he was able to get me half my cash. Problem? He has been ducking me every since he won my case in 2013 and I'm afraid he's corruptly kept my money. I would not, I repeat, NOT hire this criminal. I am seeking his disbarment as we speak a...nd urge potential clients NOT to hire this crook. James, if you do not contact me and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I will go to every news outlet and seek whatever litigation I must to make sure that you never work as a lawyer again.

I put a retainer fee down for Mr Todd and tried to make the payments he gave me but with all the bills I had I just couldn't I told him not to start on my case and that I would be in touch. Well life happened like always and I needed to help my mom out before she got kicked out of her apartment with... my little brother and I called Mr Todd to get my retainer back he said to call him back later cause he was busy... Well a week has gone by and I've called him at least 70 times no answer no reply at all.. I mean honestly what did I do to deserve this I thought I was being reasonable. I just want my retainer back to help my family out and then I was going to save up money to hire Mr Todd because he is a good lawyer. Regardless the things that happened did kinda rub me wrong. But I wanna say he is still a good lawyer regardless and if someone needed one id recommend him but who knows maybe life happened for him as well..
