Kevin Richmond Holmes is currently a general practice attorney, focusing on civil litigation including family law, social security representation, credit disputes, small business representation, contract and personal injuries cases.

Kevin is a graduate of Van Buren High School, and after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2003, moved back to Van Buren to raise a family and do his part in making his hometown a better place to live.  Kevin is dedicated to Crawford County and the City of Van Buren, and is involved in various civic organization and leadership groups.  In 2006, Kevin was elected to the Quorum Court as a Justice of the Peace, and served two terms.

 

Kevin is married to his wife Shannon, they have three children, Gracie Caroline, Reagan Walker and Piper Lynn.  They enjoy the outdoors, cooking, traveling and running.

i would recommend Kevin for anyone's attorney needs he's compassionate and gets the job done. He takes all the stress n helps u with the answers u need in ur situation. He makes u feel as if he is going through ur situation with u n ur loved ones which is very rare in law suits, he is very good at what he does n he loves a good challenge which is what makes him a wonderful attorney.

Kevin is a great attorney. He handles all of my corporate law issues along with personal. From lawsuits against roofing contractors to living trusts, he can handle it all. I also own rental property and he is an excellent source to gain information. I would recommend him highly!

Professional, confident and gets the job done!
I've hired Kevin for several cases and he was quick, attentive and very knowledgeable. I'm not very good with paperwork or legal issues and he took the lead and made everything easy to understand for me. In one instance no one was taking me and my wife seriously for months, once Kevin got involved they took us seriously and things played out in our favor within a couple of days! If you're looking for a lawyer who doesn't mess around and goes above and beyond in your case then I highly recommend Kevin.

When I met with Mr Holmes, I felt he was very attentive to my concerns. He went above and beyond to help me. He was easily accessible and very thorough. His staff is polite and incredibly helpful. Knowledgeable and Attentive
I hired Kevin to write up DRO's for my divorce. He was very knowledgeable and anytime I ever had a question he was always quick to respond. Even when asking questions not pertaining to the paperwork, but how to handle a certain situations within my divorce he was very helpful.

Custody Issues
Kevin Holmes was our attorney in a custody/guardianship issue. Never having dealt with this type of issue, I had no idea where to begin to handle this type of situation. Kevin knew exactly what to do and kept me informed all along the way. Kevin made a very stressful situation turn into a calm and well managed situation. Mr.Holmes was very knowledgable and was very good at his job. He kept me informed and was able to help me greatly in more ways than one. I will definitely keep him as a private attorney. Gets the job done
Very up front with options. We did not have to go to court, maintained custody, and are satisfied. Kevin is very pleasant and professional. Easy access to talk with him by e-mail or phone. I have no hesitancy recommending him to friends and family.
