I hired Abshire to represent me in a custody battle. I paid Abshire well over $6 grand and he did absolutely nothing on my behalf. Same as others mentioned. He was spectacular until other party hired an attorney. From that moment forward he spent more time pleasing their attorney and giving their att...orney everything he asked for. I basicly paid $6 grand for him to avocate for the other party. He didn't represent me in the courtroom because I was unable to step foot in the court room due to the two attorney meeting with the judge and falsely telling him I was no longer fighting for custody. Other party was then automatically given custody and not 3 years later CPS was involved and the children were removed.

Dustan has been handling my high conflict custody case. I’m very pleased with how he’s handled everything for me. He took a lot of stress out of the litigation for me. His office has been so available to me & so informative about everything that’s going on. I found his rates reasonable and well worth... it.

February 1, 2019 was the worst day of my life. In a state of shock and panic, I hired the wrong attorney which ultimately put me in a greater state of fear, confusion and loss. I finally took someone’s advice and hired Dustan and felt some relief. Family court does NOT move at a fast pace. Especial...ly when you are being victimized, nor when Covid and hurricanes strike. Family court can be an extremely scary place where families are torn apart because of bitter parents. The system is broken, but trusting in your attorney is important. Dustan helped me, and still does, realize the process, and making baby steps to it takes to navigate the mess we call custody. I wouldn’t be able to get through it without Dustan and his wonderful team! It has been almost 4 years of this process, and we are so close to the end. But I wouldn’t be where I am without Dustan and the ladies in the office. They are absolutely caring, compassionate and trustworthy. When it comes to children and family, cost is off the table. I paid a high price to the WRONG attorney prior to Dustan… Please invest in him. It’s worth it.
