Mr. Ogden is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018-2020 in the field of Family Law. Mr. Ogden devotes all of his practice to litigation, and he routinely handles divorce, custody, property division, relocation, , and child or spousal support. He has practices primarily family law since licensing in 2015, and has been a partner at FCO since early 2018.
Before joining Fuerst, Carrier & Ogden, Scott acted as an LLC member at Sudduth and Associates, LLC. Ogden also worked for the Honorable John deGravelles in the United States District Court. Other work experience includes the law firms of deGravelles, Palmintier, Halthaus and Fruge; Keogh, Cox and Wilson; and for the Orleans Parish Public Defenders office, where he contributed over 400 pro bono hours.
