Dustan and Ms.Tracy have shown me and my family nothing but LOVE! Dustan has been my attorney since 2018-NO EXPIRATION LOL and he fought for me like no other to prove my innocence! February 1, 2019 was the worst day of my life. In a state of shock and panic, I hired the wrong attorney which ultimately put me in a greater state of fear, confusion and loss. I finally took someone’s advice and hired Dustan and felt some relief. Family court does NOT move at a fast pace. Especial...ly when you are being victimized, nor when Covid and hurricanes strike. Family court can be an extremely scary place where families are torn apart because of bitter parents. The system is broken, but trusting in your attorney is important. Dustan helped me, and still does, realize the process, and making baby steps to it takes to navigate the mess we call custody. I wouldn’t be able to get through it without Dustan and his wonderful team! It has been almost 4 years of this process, and we are so close to the end. But I wouldn’t be where I am without Dustan and the ladies in the office. They are absolutely caring, compassionate and trustworthy. When it comes to children and family, cost is off the table. WHEN YOU ASK HIM SOMETHING HE WOULDN'T KNOW IT HE WOULD HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOU AND ASK ANOTHER ATTORNEY. HE WILL MAKE YOU LOOSE THE CASE!! WHEN I TOLD HIM TO APPEALS HE DIDN'T DO IT AND COST ME TO HAVE A JUDGMENT! HE WILL MAKE YOU LOOK BAD INFRONT OF THE OTHER ATTORNEY AND MEETATOR. HE WOULD TALK AND LAUGH WITH THE OTHER ATTORNEY THAT WE FIGHTING AGAINST AND NOT FOCUS ON YOUR CASE AND MAKE YOU THINK HE WORKING WITH THEM INSTEAD OF YOU! REASON I MADE A REVIEW IS TO WARN OTHERS BECAUSE I KNOW CUSTODY BATTLES COST A LOT OF MONEY , TIME AND STRESS! IF YOU DECIED TO HIRE HIM YOU BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF!!
