Do not hire if you intend to contest any part of the agreement. I provided ample evidence of the lack of stability and basic motherly instincts related to a custody hearing. David did not meet with me once before the actual hearing, preferring to allow all of the information go through the paralegal.... That paralegal was able to do what was needed for our first hearing, but then left the firm. David was completely unprepared for the second meeting. We were given a joint custody visitation agreement that he counseled me to agree with. I told him multiple times my ex would not be able to adhere to this agreement and questioned him on the impact of child support. He stated the child support (which she was paying me) would not be impacted (i know have to pay her). He counseled me to sign the agreement and we would appeal with the court. After the hearing, I was then told I could not appeal due to a technicality that he should have been aware of during the hearing. When I voiced my concerns over his lack of experience and lack of preparedness, he then let me go as a client, without a refund for the prepaid services he never provided.
