J. Robert Black

This man literally helped change my life. I hired Robert Black to help me find out if I could get my Other Than Honorable Discharge upgraded to a General Discharge. I am an active duty military member. I was wrongly accused of theft by my apartment complex off base, due to a misunderstanding on my part. I am active duty military.
