  1. Employment and labor
    60%
I have mainly worked in the areas of Title VII, FMLA, OSHA and Department of Labor matter enforcement. I've worked both for employers and employees.

    17 years

  2. Military law
    40%
Though I've only practiced 4 years as a JAG attorney, I have worked in the area of military since since 1993. This includes administrative discharges, court martials, Article 15/NJP, demotions, legal assistance and military divorce matters.

    11 years

My first exposure to law began in 1993, when I worked as a Legal Specialist in the U,S, Army.  I later left the military for college, though I continued to work in the legal clerk for the Gainesville State Attorney's Office.

I graduated from Creighton Law School, cum laude, in 2005 and have been in practice ever since, mainly focusing in employment law and military law matters.

In 2012, I received a direct commission as a JAG in the U.S. Air Force and have been working as a prosecutor and legal assistance attorney for the AF, as a reservist.

Successful Appeal
Attorney Tate is tireless in searching for the truth. When he discovers it; the acumen with which he presents the relevancy of the truth to the matter at hand resulted in turning a wrong verdict right side up. His demeanor is atypical of some successful professionals, whose success make them unapproachable. Thank you Allen Tate, ESQ

Excellent professional services
I have used the services of Attorney Tate a number of times. I am always appreciative that he cites the statutes when responding, and provides excellent guidance. I have found that when the need arises for legal advice, Attorney Tate offers a wealth of advice in many areas and has always been able to help with the issue at hand. I would highly recommend his services. It's always good to have an Attorney in your corner when dealing with legal matters. That is one area you cannot go wrong with is having Attorney Tate on your side.
