We create both Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts. Whether for probate avoidance, advanced tax planning, or other objectives, our Trusts are custom-drafted based on the unique circumstances of our clients.
A Last Will and Testament is a fundamental legal instrument. We create Last Wills, especially for young families with minor children and for empty nest clients as a "back stop" to their probate avoidance planning via non-probate transfer methods.

I recently attended a seminar related to estate planing where Kyle was one of the presenters. I also had to opportunity to get to know him personally. Kyle has thoughfully considered every aspect of estate planning and how best to help design estate plans for his clients. Without question, I endorse this lawyer. I have known Kyle both personally, as well as professionally. I also focus my practice on creating Wills and Trusts for individuals in Overland Park, Kansas. Now one might perceive us to be area “competitors” in representing clients. However, I cannot say enough not only is Kyle a “top notch” attorney, but also one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated attorneys I have encountered over the many years I have practiced law. In effect, if I have a legal question which has arisen with my own client, I without hesitation seek Kyle’s guidance and great legal wisdom in handling the issue. Furthermore, without vacillation, Kyle always provides excellent and accurate advice.
