As a founding member of the Morefield Speicher Bachman, LC law firm, Andrew works regularly with small business owners providing guidance and advice in a wide range of business law matters including corporate formation and operation, commercial leases, asset purchase agreements, sales of stockholder and membership interest, and corporate dissolution and wind-up.  Andrew also seeks justice for his small business clients harmed in complex business litigation matters including fraud claims, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, and other business disputes. Over the course of his legal career Andrew has also regularly handled numerous types of personal injury and wrongful death claims, recovering millions of dollars in total compensation for his plaintiff clients adversely affected by motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and other preventable tragedies.
In addition to providing high quality legal representation to all his clients, Andrew and his partners are committed to conducting themselves, and operating their firm, based on the principles of Integrity, Stewardship and Community Service. One way they seek to live out these principles as attorneys is through their commitment to donating a percentage of their total annual billable hours through local ministries and non-profits to provide free legal-aid services to those in need. In keeping with his core commitments to high-quality client representation and public service, Andrew is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Johnson County (KS) Bar Association, as well as the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations.  Andrew also actively serves his community through his local church where he enjoys playing guitar and singing with the worship band, and serving in other leadership roles. Andrew is also a member of the board of directors for multiple local non-profits including Legal Aid of Western Missouri, Unconventional Business Network, MidAmerica Nazarene University Alumni Association, and 4L Foundation.
Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 1998, and then went on to graduate with honors from Drake University School of Law in December 2000, and was named Who's Who Among American Law Students.  He has been honored as a 'Top 40 Attorney Under 40' and a 'Super Lawyers Rising Star', and has been been selected to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list every year since 2020, an honor received by only 5% of attorneys in Missouri and Kansas who exhibit the highest levels of excellence in the practice of law.
