Help When We Needed it Most
Living in California meant that we needed a local attorney to deal with our estate issues in Kansas. We interviews several other attorneys and we were unimpressed with how long it took for them to respond. David turned out to be the correct choice. Tom

Deceased Brother's Estate
David Crandall handled several difficult and delicate items to finalize my wife's brother's estate in a very thorough and professional manner. He was also sensitive to our family in our time of sorrow and communicated often and responded quickly each time we had questions. It was very much a relief to have someone working for you that could be trusted to make the best recommendations and follow through to completion as rapidly as possible.

I had contacted almost every attorney in the area and David was the only one that responded to me and has been the best legal representative that I could have asked for. He has been the only constant positive force in this entire situation and I am so thankful for his hard work and dedication. I highly recommend him to anyone they will NOT be disappointed. Integrity
David Crandall was my dad's attorney, and I inherited him when Dad suddenly couldn't manage his own affairs. Being thrust into a world of trusts and powers of attorney made having an expert with integrity and patience invaluable. There were so many traps I could have fallen into all while my energy and time needed to be devoted to my parents health and safety. Having the legal issues in his capable hands made all the difference.

High Court
David Crandall's first words were about his faith and as a Christian he answers to the highest court. That proved invaluable to me. In a climate where Trust is paramount I could fall back on those first words time and time again. David did not need to keep me informed as I am the spouse and not the principal. Nevertheless, he was as responsive as could be expected. And with estate planning it isn't an event it's a relationship.

"I have had the pleasure of meeting David this past year as a fellow lawyer in the estate planning community. His combination of developing deep client relationships and being one of the brightest minds in our profession make him a highly recommended estate planning attorney."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"Having known David for many years now in the 'community' of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, what impresses me most is his dedication to plans that work for his clients. That may seem quaint or obvious, but in the estate planning field, plans that work are the exception, not the rule. Many 'living trust attorneys' just sell form documents and move on, leaving clients with false security but real confusion about what they just did...and with a plan that will falter and fail. By pleasant contrast, David is exceptional! He is committed, and asks clients to be similarly committed, to thoroughly and thoughtfully develop a plan around their goals and objectives, and then to the necessary follow through and ongoing maintenance that it takes to make an estate plan fulfill all of its purposes. If you live within a few hours of Overland Park and are serious about leaving an orderly estate and a meaningful legacy, I heartily endorse David Crandall."
Trusts Attorney | Apr 29
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"I have known David since he joined the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is a warm, caring and compassionate person. He has a very sharp mind and the highest level of attention to detail combined with excellent estate planning skills. David is one of the few estate planning attorneys that offers his clients the ability to keep their estate planning documents current through the use of a formal maintenance program. He is an attorney I would place my trust in to assist me and my family with their estate planning needs."

David is most committed to not settling for the "industry accepted solution" but rather looks for ways he can ensure his clients get the best of all planning strategies. He goes far beyond what his peers would do to ensure his clients receive the highest quality planning possible. He is warm, engaging, and a very caring person. Anyone considering David to assist them with their planning needs will not be disappointed. I endorse David wholeheartedly."
