Client previously granted DACA. He contacted us to help with renewal. We found out he had received a criminal charge that could have created a problem. We filed the renewal, and explained the situat ... ion in detail. We also showed documents that proved why client should be approved. The client was approved for DACA renewal this week. He received a 3 year DACA grant, and a 3 year work permit.
