During my legal career, I have successfully prosecuted and defended cases throughout the country in both state and federal courts, representing clients in complex cases involving a broad range of subjects such as wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, professional liability, commercial litigation, business torts, will contests, trust contests and other probate litigation. I have been trained as a mediator in alternative dispute resolution. I have served as a presenter and panelist in continuing education programs and is active in various state and local bar organizations. Since 1977, I have received the highest rating, AV, from my peers for competence and integrity and remain committed to providing the highest quality legal representation to my clients. My AV preeminent rating is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards and it reflects the confidential opinions of members of the Bar in the judiciary who have rated me. I feel blessed to have found a profession that allows me to use whatever talents and skills I may have to help those who are in need of such services. I enjoy solving problems for my clients.

At the time I hired Dan, I was an Arizona resident with limited knowledge of the Kansas City legal community. After some limited research online, I contacted Dan. Within a half hour of speaking, Dan had a good grasp on the facts of my case and outlined a plan. Using his experience and contacts in ...

He is a very nice man that makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. He was honest, knowledgeable and did not play games. He kept us well informed and was always available by phone or email. He helped us with a Trust left by my father which involved sibling conflict and money issues.

Danny L. Curtis helped recover a portion of my assets that were misappropriated (stolen) from my Trusts and bank accounts through a complex scheme of fraud by two family members that I trusted, but who betrayed me. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the Bank Negligence which facilitated the fr...
"Far too often, I seek to answer a question only to read Mr. Curtis' post and have nothing else to add. If his practice mirrors his posts, he is thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable."
"Danny is one of the finest attorneys with whom I've had the privilege of working. He is extremely well prepared and vigilant for his clients, and thoroughly understands the finer details of the cases that he handles. I strongly endorse Danny as an attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer. Danny is a very fine attorney. He is able to be an effective and passionate advocate for his client while treating opposing counsel, including me, with dignity and respect. Anyone would be well-served with Danny as counselor."
"I wholeheartedly recommend Danny Curtis. He does an excellent job of representing his client's interests and finding common ground with opposing counsel."
"I know Danny well, he is a strong litigator and a thoughtful advocate. I would recomend him to anyone looking for a lawyer that will provide practical advice and zelous advocacy."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known this attorney personally and professionally for more than 40 years. He is highly regarded by his peers as an outstanding litigator due to his deliberate preparation and successful resolution of his client's cases. Danny also has an impeccable reputation as an honest, fair dealing advocate while remaining very tough and skillful in trial or negotiated settlements. Because of his decades of experience as a lawyer and knowledge gained in several areas of the law, any potential client would be wise to choose Danny to serve as their litigator and counselor at law. As a former private practicing attorney, a retired Assistant U.S. Attorney and now a Mediator in the area, it is indeed my pleasure to endorse Danny L. Curtis for the reasons above indicated. Michael A. Price, Attorney at Law."
"Danny Curits is a true professional. He will treat your case like it is his own with true determination and professionalism."
"I endorse Danny Curtis for his knowledge and expertise in litigation matters of all types. His attention to detail, ability to craft unique theories of recovery and thoroughness are unique in the profession and a plus for anyone in need of a litigator in personal injury or probate litigation. His litigation experience is also an asset for his non-litigation practice, both in drafting documents and giving advice to a client who wants to avoid litigation."
