As a former federal prosecutor, I use the skills I honed at the United States Department of Justice to conduct internal investigations, to seek to resolve investigations prior to charge, and, when necessary to zealously advocate on behalf of my clients. My practice focuses on white collar criminal charges and I have extensive experience with the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Homeland Security, and many other federal agencies.

My practice includes extensive experence with cross-border investigations into allegations of corruption, export control violations, and breaches of US economic sanctions.

I have significant experence litigating against the SEC and state securities agencies defending against allegations of securities law breaches brought against individuals and corporations.
