Highly Recommend Atty. Robert Abernathy

I made every effort to collect a debt from a client including filing suit at the District Magistrate office. When the defendant appealed I had no alternative but to retain counsel. I met with Atty. Abernathy, gave him my complete file and within 5 days he had filed a complaint in Delaware County. Within 2 months Atty. Abernathy had the case settled and I had my money within 30 days. Doesn't get any better than that! I would highly recommend Atty. Robert Abernathy.

Robert Kurtis Abernathy is working on saving my home from foreclosure

I was going to lose my home in a few days and I thought for sure it was gone until Robert took over my case. Another attorney told me they could help but I had to come up with quite a bit of money for them to even start a file on me. Robert called me out of the blue about my case and . It was so fair that I was able to say yes to him taking my case. He called me almost daily keeping me updated on anything that might have changed or other possibilities for to save my home. He's gotten the sheriff's sale postponed and is working with the mortgage company to make sure I am treated fairly. I'd recommend him highly.

experiance with Robert Abernathy

Happy With the outcome . Easy to talk to ,Not Common with the lawyers used in the pass. Came up with a good plan to my problem and I didn't fell like i was over charged or not trusted. and made the problem go away in just a few days . I will use Robert Abernathy again .
