Amazing Lawyer

Great Custody Attorney

Mr. Howell was amazing in our grandparents case! He prepared my husband and I extremely well, was familiar with the local judges, and was responsive with our questions and concerns. Our case required a lot of case law research and was drug out over a year and a half but he was continuously going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and ready for our appearances in front of the judge. I highly recommend his services in any custody case.

Amazing Attorney

I was referred by a friend for representation in a divorce case and it was the best decision I could have made. Attorney Howell is extremely professional and leaves no stone unturned. Not to mention he is extremely patient with his clients and understands their needs. From start to finish I never felt misguided. My Daughters Savior!

I was referred to Leo by a close friend and it has been the best decision i could have ever made! He exceeded all my expectations tenfold. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none compared to all the other lawyers I've been through with my custody battle. He is always well prepared and really did handle my case with the utmost respect and urgency! He was able to get me sole physical and legal custody of my daughter and essentially save her from my daughter abusive and mentally ill mother. I can't understate how impressive it was to watch him operate in court! Truly a high-level professional!

Absolutely AMAZING lawyer!

My husband and I have been dealing with custody since 2015. It was a very stressful time. We hired Leo and it was the best decision we’ve made! Custody Conference

I met Leo through a in session PFA court, I had a preview of what he’s capable of doing and he is NO JOKE!! If I had Leo fighting a case against me I honestly wouldn’t even come to the hearing. He knows when and how he needs to speak SUPER professional. I also felt that he was more worried about my cases then his fees. Leo you were absolutely amazing ! Amazing lawyer in the lehigh valley area

I was lost and confused on how to handle my situation on getting my drivers license back. I googled lawyers in my area and came across Leo's practice, his staff was always in fast response and in contact with me from first day of setting up the appointment to the day of hearing. I consulted with Leo and he was very educated and professional with my situation. The situation I was looking at without a lawyers assistance was devastating to me. So thankful for Leo Howell

I found myself in a very difficult, stressful, and terrifying situation very quickly that landed me in Lehigh County. From what the other women were saying, thought I was going to be stuck there for a long time. If it wasnt for Leo Howells extreme professionalism, knowledge, timeliness, and care for his clients, I can only imagine how long I would have stayed in that awful place. Calm and collective!

RECOMMENDED!!!!!

My husband and I needed a lawyer for Adoption. We actually got a recommendation to go to Attorney Howell. We spoke to him and he answered everything we needed to know so we knew we wanted to proceed. Attorney Howell is very dedicated to his job and will guide you ever step of the way. His dedication and the time he put into our case was amazing, before the court date he made sure to review everything with us and make sure we all had everything accurate. Attorney Howell showed us that he wanted to win this case just as bad as my Husband and I. Social Worker

I hired Leo not knowing where or who to turn to, with a feeling that I had a lot at stake and so much to lose, namely my precious, and, at the time, “in tact family,” which I had valued and worked so hard to keep together after 22 years of marriage and being an at home mother. Leo, from the start, was very transparent, and upfront during the initial consultation. He stated that he did not believe in over charging for unnecessary letters, phone calls, and that is exactly how matters were handled, very effectively and efficiently. Leo displayed integrity by not involving the children in the child custody battle, yet true empathy and concern for me as a mother and the well being of the my kids. He dotted every i and crossed every t and was always prepared and planned with the ongoing legal battle that ensued throughout the divorce process. He was aggressive with the opposing party when he needed to be and let the minute details go; he knew which battles were important and which ones to pick. And because of this, I am in a much better place than I ever imagined personally and financially. Leo listened to what I wanted and was able to produce the very outcome I was hoping for through his hard work, commitment, and dedication. He offered moral support, understanding, and expected respect for himself and “the process,” which he truly deserves. I could not have asked for a better lawyer, and especially during one of the most painstaking processes painful times in my life. Pennsylvania's Best Lawyer

Leo Howell is honestly the best lawyer I have had in Pennsylvania. He made the unthinkable happen. He got he better than the best case scenario to happen. He is beyond educated at what he does. He has an amazing repport with many important people in the Lehigh and North Hampton area making the things he can offer much more likely. He is straight forward and extremely trust worthy. He is also extremely organized and always on his A game. Leo Howell will never leave you hanging. I was always able to keep in constant contact with him. I would also like to say his prices especially for the miracles he pulls off are absolutely amazing, I have dealt with lawyers in the past that charged ridiculous amounts of money and did not even come close to achieving the goals we had laid out. Not only is he so reasonably priced because of my bad experience with a lawyer before him I had doubts in the beginning but he was so confident he said " If you feel you can get better representation some where else I will gladly give back your money to do so " I had never heard a lawyer say that before and I knew its because he's not all about money and he is that good at what he does. The end results were so perfect I could not have been more happy that I stuck with him and I highly recommend him. Driving Under a Suspended License DUI Related

Attorney Leo Howell was able to get my charge changed from a 1543B to a 1511. I was looking at a year license suspension and jail time. He was able to work out a deal for just a citation. Case paid and closed. He is excellent to deal with and very easy to communicate with! Highly recommended!!!

Leo kept me out of jail.

As a business owner, I drive for a living and need to keep my driving record clean. Went through a rough spot in 2013 and got a DUI. Not having a choice, I kept driving on a suspended license and got pulled over. Leo walked me through a difficult situation and kept me from jail time. DUI’s are a money making scam, Leo knows the system, the angles and the judges. I walked away with a small fine. I will continue to call on Leo for all my legal matters. Leo is a straight shooter. He will tell you right up front how to approach each situation. I’ve hired some crappy lawyers in the past. I only call Leo for all my legal issues.

Criminal Defense Case - Attentive, Aggressive, and Persistent

Attorney Howell took my case and laid out the options I had. He provided his recommendation on a route to take, we pursued it, and the case was quick and dismissed.
