Biography
My name is Charles Barberio. I have won dozens of jury trials and handled hundreds more to favorable dispositions through pleas or dismissals. That being said, I think the thing my clients like about me the most is my genuine personality. Usually when someone is in need of my services its not the best of times for them. My clients really appreciate my calm demeanor and the fact they can trust me. Building a good rapport is crucial to a succesful defense and trust is the foundation of that relationship. I will answer all questions honestly and give my experienced opinion to best help my clients make an informed decision. I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with some of the best lawyers in the area and they would be quick to tell you that I'm not so bad myself. Things to know: I am a trial lawyer. I have tried many cases in many different jurisdictions. That does not mean that every case I take goes to trial. In fact I would wager that 90% of the time my cases are disposed of without a trial; whether that is acceptance of a fair plea bargain or a variety of different dismissal options. The fact that I am a winning trial lawyer allows me to get better returns for my clients on that 90% of the time when my cases don't go to trial. Inevitably some cases are going to go to trial; when that day comes you can rest assured that you are in good hands during that stressful time.
