I have recommended him to any of my friends dealing with family or criminal issues. He is very well respected by the Judges and lawyers according to a friend of mine who is an attorney. Dave is a straight shooter who gave me good advice, told me what I needed to know (even if I didn't want to hear it) and was VERY effective. He responded to me very quickly and was very accessible. It is funny but I was referred to him by the opposing party in another case who said that he wished h...e had hired him. My case was settled but I wish that I could have seen him in court. I have heard from other lawyers that he is the best around and that he teaches other lawyers how to do trials.
