I have had Dave represent me twice. The first time he did a great job. We are in the middle of a child custody case. He genuinely cares about the well being of my child. It is taking a while but understand these things don't happen overnight. Dave is a very busy lawyer. His staff is great. I trust hi...m greatly. I have seen this man outside the office. He genuinely cares about other people. I've read other reviews. Some people say arrogance. I say confidence.

Horrible Lawyer! Won’t return phone calls, emails or texts. Office staff won’t take or give him messages. He told us point blank his receptionist screens emails & messages and he only responds to the “important” ones. As well as he only responds to texts if it’s in the correct format?!?! We late...r found out that meant “less than 6 words”. We retained him a year and a half ago and not one single thing has been accomplished!! However; his bill always seems to be mailed on time. Worthless lawyer! Don’t waste your time or money on this guy.

We hired him expecting complete our child custody case in a time fashion, but he delayed the trial with stacks of paperwork to the opposing side so he could keep billing us for thousands of dollars. He doesn't have any good interest other then making money for himself and that's it once he has done t...hat he drop your case and take his own clients to court to collect his money. Dave Fahrenkamp has represented me numerous times and has always had my best interest at heart I would recommend him to anyone I care about and want them to be represented by someone that knows the law and will wage war for them.
